When cone crusher running, motor connecting belt pulley or coupling, transmission shaft and cone part makes rotary motion around a fixed point forced by eccentric bushing’ pushing, thus crushing wall moves to or leaves far from the crushing wall which is on the adjusting sleeve, ores in the crushing chamber get impacted, squeezed and curved to be crushed. Motor makes crushing cone do cranking Motion, crushing cone closes to welding cone or leave from welding cone to accomplish crushing and blow down processes. There is spring between support sleeve and frame body to connect them, in case of metal blocks falling down to the machine body. If it happens, spring will be deformation and compressed, the foreign matter will be discharged to prevent machine from damage.
When non-crushed material goes through the crushing chamber or machine is overload by any reason, cone crusher spring secure system will be activated, throat of the cone crusher will enlarge itself, foreign matter will be ejected from the machinery. Under the effect of spring, cone crusher’s throat will automatic restore and crusher will restart to work. High manganese steel liner plate is on the surface of the crushing chamber. Manufacturer could adjust the size of throat manually or using hydraulic pressure device.
